BACON EGG ROLL
Follow This Easy Method:
1) Start by preheating your oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6.
2) Place bacon on a lined baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes. (cook bacon to your own preference)
3) Whilst your bacon is cooking, crack 2 eggs into a bowl and add the milk, salt and pepper.
4) Heat your frying pan on high heat then add your egg, ensuring the pan's bottom is completely covered. Cook for 1 minute.
5) Once the egg has cooked, transfer your crepe-like base to a plate and add the relish spread on top alongside the bacon.
6) Wrap content up like a burrito and voila your breakfast egg roll is ready to serve.
