Please note:

  • You can book your session up to 24 hours in advance

    (1 session/day/person)

  • You will need to present your membership card or DUAL App at reception

  • You must not bring a sweat towel (blue towel and sanitiser will be supplied)

  • Please bring your own water or purchase from reception

    (water fountains will be out of use)

  • Please adhere to the Entrance and Exit procedures

  • We are adhering to government COVID-19 guidelines which can be found HERE

Please note that some members are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with our booking system - if you are unable to see the booking system above this message you unfortunately are one of them.

If you are one of the unlucky few please feel to turn up to your sessions without the need to book on until we rectify the situation.

The sessions will still be running at the same times and we will still need to shut for cleaning at the following times.
