Keep an eye out for our 12 days of fitness challenge starting December 1st. We realise this isn’t the most inventive take on 12 days of Christmas so we’ve made sure it’s quite the challenge! Day by day we will release a different exercise and we want to see as many of you incorporating them into your workout as possible. Make sure to tag us with the hashtag #DUAL12daysoffitmass throughout! Those who dare can then take on the ULTIMATE GRAND CHALLENGE of completing all 12 exercises for time. The person who completes it in the quickest time will win a protein/supplemented prize to be confirmed at a later date! The grand challenge ends on December 24th.
