The event consists of many functional training events including wall balls, sled push and pull, farmers walks and ski-erg all interspersed with 1k runs.

What’s included with your HYROX membership

As an affiliated Hyrox gym we are allowed to hold official Hyrox classes within our facility. These classes are run twice per week and sometimes more regularly as the events get closer.

We have full, personal Hyrox specific training plans available to download and use in the gym on your own time to increase your Hyrox specific fitness.

You will get full access to our groups on WhatsApp and Facebook where you can share your training/access training materials and interact with your fellow Hyroxers.

As a DUAL Hyrox member you will receive a code which will get you a discount on all Hyrox official events.
Membership options:

With the full HYROX membership you will receive all of the services listed above, access to our full class timetable and all of our Hyrox specific classes.

With our regular class membership you can access the gym whenever you like, and attend all our classes apart from our Hyrox specific sessions.
This membership aslo does not include all the other Hyrox specific extras listed on the page above.
