Q: Do you do day passes?

Yes - our Day Passes are just £7.50
If you try us out on a day pass and decide to join after we will knock the cost of the day pass off your joining fee.

Q: Do you have air conditioning?

We certainly do.

Q: How much is a membership?

We only have few options as we like to keep it simple around here - Click here to see our full list of membership options and decide which is correct for you.

Q: Do you do discounts for students/Military/Emergency Services etc?

We do! We have a special rate for Collyers students and offer discounts to all emergency and military personnel.

Q; Do you do inductions?

We do offer inductions! However they are not mandatory, if you feel you need some assistance please do let us know and we can get one of our highly qualified PTs to contact you and get that induction booked in!

Q: Do I get a free programme when I sign up?

All services besides our inductions incur additional costs. If you would like to have a programme tailored to you, please do get in touch and we can put you in touch with one of our amazing trainers.

Q: Am I tied into a long term contract?

NO! We are a no contract gym, when you join you agree to us taking a ongoing monthly payment but you are not tied into a 3, 6 or 12 month contract.

Q: Can I freeze my membership?

Yes - We like to give people the flexibility as we know how life can get busy! You can freeze your membership for up to 6 months at a time at no cost to yourself.

 Q: What are your opening hours?

6am - 10pm Monday thru Friday.

7am-8pm at the weekends.

You will even find that we open on bank holidays too!

Q: Do you have changing facilities?

Of course, we have changing rooms equipped with showers and lockers - you’ll need your own padlock for the lockers.

Q: What are your busy periods?

As with any gym this can vary a lot. However, as with every gym our “rush hour” is from around 16:00 - 20:00 Monday thru Friday. Don’t worry though there’s plenty of equipment to go round so you won’t be left standing and waiting around.

Q: Do you sell supplements?

YES! We really think about the supplements that we offer, we have all the great brands and we always try to get new flavours in for you all to try. We can also make you a specific order from our wholesaler (https://www.tropicanawholesale.com/) if you are after something special.

Q: Is the gym always staffed?

Of course! We take a lot of pride in the fact we always have someone on front desk to help with anything you need, we really take time on our customer service and ensuring you see a smiley face when walking in. Our Front Of House team are always on hand to help.

Q: Do you have any rehab/sports therapist, I have an injury.

We have 2 fantastic Sports Therapist who really know their stuff! If you need help with and aches or pains they can help you out….

Q: Is there parking?

We are lucky that we have free parking outside DUAL and you can park anywhere along the estate (As long as you are not blocking any other businesses in).
Before 8am and after 5:30pm you are more than welcome to use the Supafit parking next door. All we ask is to be aware during the day of parking in front of loading bays. 

Q: Is it a body builders gym?

No - We have a wide demographic of people that use our facilities, ranging from serious weightlifters/bodybuilders to much more casual gym go-ers. Every body is welcome at DUAL! 

Q: Can I just pay for classes?

Yes! You can pay for a single class for £7.00, or you can buy a pack of 5 classes for £30 (saving you £5) or a pack of 10 classes for £50 (saving you £20!).
