Crunchy Prosciutto Pasta

Follow This Easy Method:

1) Start by cooking pasta according to packet instructions. Heat oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6 and line a baking tray with baking paper.

2) Lay prosciutto on the tray and cook for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.

3) In a medium-sized skillet, add garlic, cream and lime juice. Heat for 3-5 minutes on medium heat, stirring continuously.

4) Add the pasta and stir to heat through.

5) Finally, add the parsley and season with salt & cracked pepper. Divide into four bowls and serve immediately.
